At EiE^®, one of our favorite tools to use for teaching computer science is Scratch. Scratch Week is May 15th – 21st and is a chance to celebrate this great tool and explore all things coding and computer science!

Did you know April is Math Awareness Month? Who knew that a subject that is so well known still needed publicity! But if you have ever heard, “When will I ever use math in the real world?” or “I’m just not a math person,” you can see why we are making time to celebrate it.

Computer science has become incredibly important in our daily lives, but its impact can sometimes be invisible. This year, Computer Science Education Week is shining a light on these impacts with its theme of #CSEverywhere.
